Luis E. Sanchez is the Founder of Ethixlink and an international legal, ethics, compliance, and governance professional with more than 20 years of experience supporting multinational organizations across the United States and Latin America.

He advises companies on cross-border governance, ethics and compliance programs, anti-corruption, third-party risk, investigations, and operational risk management, with particular experience in highly regulated and multinational business environments.

Luis holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from the University of Liverpool and is licensed to practice law in Mexico. He is also an International Certified Ethics and Compliance Professional (CCEP-I) since 2015 and serves as a mentor and advisor supporting entrepreneurship and small business development initiatives.

Based in Miami, Luis works with companies seeking practical cross-border advisory support across ethics, compliance, governance, and operational risk matters throughout Latin America and the United States.
